How do I ignore offline files forever?

When you check 'Ignore offline files' and save the project, I want the message no longer to appear when you open the project again.

I know how to search or replace the files, what I want is to skip the files forever because they will not be used and have already been deleted from the hard drive.

Just clean the project media folder of all unused media ( media not used in the timeline) by selecting tools/clean project media, before saving the project.
