How do I make a "credits list" text scroll?

Hello all,

I'm mainly an audio guy, but I have to do some basic video editing for a project. Does anybody know if there is an easy way to make a good "credits list" in Vegas 5 -- i.e. some text that scrolls upwards across the screen?
