how do I "nudge" a videoclip?

I can't figure out how to nudge my video clips in the timeline. I can move them with the mouse, but I need to move it in very small increments. What's the key combo to do this?

Numpad 4 & 6 go by PIXELS
Numpad 1 & 3 go by FRAMES

If you are zoomed in far enough, they will be the same.

You sneak up behind it with your hand extended in front of you....and walk very very slowly towards the clip.

When you get right up on it....just push it a bit!!

Don't push it too hard - it may get pissed and turn around and take a swing at you!!

But if you do it just right....oh boy....is it funny!!
