How Do I redownload Veags + DVD to new Computer

I purchased Vegas 4.0 + DVD and downloaded to what is now my "old" PC. I now have a super fast P4 and I need to redownload the software to it. How do I accomplish this?

I have the serial numbers.

Look at the red bar on the upper right of this page. The word in the middle is "Download". Just click it.

If the downloaded files are still on the "old" machine, just burn them to a CD and run the install on the other computer. If you don't, then you will have to re-download the files.

If you burn them to a CD and install them on the new pc, do you still need to re-register? Alternatively, if you use one of the file and application transfer software programs. can you move Vegas to the new pc without re-registering?

Yes, you will need to re-register on the new machine. It's a painless process; I did it a few months ago when I got my new computer.
