How do I share my render settings?

I just noticed that I do not have some special render settings in V8 in my V9. How can I copy these to be used in v9?

You can't :-(
There was a thread when Pro 9 first came out complaining about some custom render settings from Pro 8 not showing up in Pro 9.
Despite repeated requests and bug reports from a number of users (including me), this issue has never been resolved.
The only solution is to re-create the missing ones in Pro 9.
