How do I speed up a movie clip

I am creating a movie from several clips. I want one clip to play at 2x or 4x speed or faster (e.g., if the clip shows a view from a driving car, I want it to zip by quickly). How do I do this? Thanks.

Select the video clip and Ctrl+ drag the end in with your mouse. Watch the associated audio clip as it will show the percentage speed up. Also it is preferable to go into the clips Properties or Switches and Disable Resample.
