First ... try turning off the CapsLock key. Might help us read your question more easily. :)

Find the icon in the toolbar that looks like a padlock. Click on that to turn it off. Now you can click on the audio event and slide it around separately from the video. It's easiest if you find a section with a closeup of someone speaking and loop that small section so that it plays over and over again. You can watch the preview and listen while you tweak the audio left or right until it's synced. When you're done turn the padlock icon back on to lock the events together again.
