How do u copy and paste a timeline & keyframes together, every time i try it, i loose the keyframes.
To be more acurate, how do i copy a clip on the time line with keyframes, and not loose the keyframes when i paste them to another track or position on the same timeline.

You simply copy and paste the event and the keyframes will be copied too.
Now, if your keyframes are on the TRACK level, it gets more complicated. This has been covered in depth recently, so you can probably find it with a search.

This one? It deals with copy/paste between instances rather than between tracks/positions, but that's the only recent thread I can think of.
-----------------------
Copy pasting of track motion (or any track) keyframes between open instances is a totally manual process, but it does work. Open Vegas instance #1, go to track #1's track motion window, lasso the position keyframes, copy.
Open Vegas instance #2, go to track #1's track motion window, click on the position keyframe strip, paste. Paste pays attention to cursor placement- first keyframe lands on cursor point.
Repeat as needed for shadow/glow/any other track keyframes.
Takes a few seconds to grok the behaviors, but after that its mindless copy/paste.

I'm sure I'm not the first person to screw up and place the keyframes on the track rather than the clip. Or sometimes I had a reason to do so.
It would be *great* to have a script that could copy the keyframes from the track to the events. I wonder if its even possible. I'll ask the question over in the scripting forum.
Update: From jetdv, "Currently, Track Motion keyframes are not available to the scripting engine."
Thanks bud, I have knowedge of ur sugestion, and works fine, but i was hopping that it was possible to copy a clip with the keyframes and paste them together again, it looks like its not possible, which is a shame cus it would same me so much time.
