How do you copy all keyframe settings from one set of track motion to another?

Just drag over them to select all, then ctrl-c, to copy. Open up the track motion for another track, click on the timeline and ctrl-v tp paste

I was able to cut & paste settings as you suggested but only one setting at a time.

Try duplicating the track, then switching the media.
