I wanna create a flash (kinda like a photo flash light effect with vegas). More like a lightening effect, with da light flashing. Help!! thankz

Add the camera flash transition (only in Vegas 4 unless you purchased the add-on pack for Vegas 3).

Alternately, put a solid white color on the track above the video, make it about 5 frames long, and fade it out for the entire time.

Also use the GLOW effect. Cut for 4 frames and dissolve the same as white. This gives an overexposed burned out look.
