How do you determine sourse clip?

Is there any easy way to find out exactly where the clip you were working came from? One of the good features of Pinnacle Studio 8 program was the ability to right click on any part of the timeline & ask to 'find scene in album'. Doing this in VV terms would have resulted in the trimmer opening up with the source video file open & the cursor on the appropriate frame.

Hi Flick,

You might try right clicking on any event in the TL and select "Open in trimmer" from the menu...

You can also "Show" the clip's name within the clip on the T/L - neat eh? It appears in the top left corner of the clip. This has been a real boon to me. Sometimes I forget where I put my car keys! - Wish I had a device that told me this too . . . maybe a suggestion to SoFo programmers is called for . . . ;-)

SD - Is that "Check" as in UK "cheque" - Or are you assisting me to locate my Automotive Metallized Security Access Module [AMSAM = car keys!] - Is this a new piece SoFo code? Kooolll.... I knew you guys would come up with a solution! I applied the AMSAM procedure and BINGO! As if by magic - right there on the kitchen worktop - next to the coffee maker. Brilliant!

Now - All I need from you guys is a NWLN procedure [Next Week's Lottery Numbers!] ;-)
