How do you edit captions/ subtitles in Sony Vegas Pro 16?

Hi,

How do you edit the text, position and format of subtitles/ captions in Sony Vegas Pro 16?

Also, how do you export the subtitles/ captions (can you burn-in)?

First thing, there is no such product as Sony Vegas Pro 16. Second, how are you creating the subtitles?
