How do you extract a still from a clip?

Is there a way to capture to a jpeg image a still from a captured clip? It seems to be a waste to use avi extractor when Vegas has all this capability ...

Go to Help>Contents, in the Index look for the topic "Save Timeline Snapshot to File" -- before you do this, to get the best quality, right-click the monitor window first and choose "Display at Project Size".
