How do you fade to white VV?

I don't know if there is an official way, but you could always crossfade to
a still white image. If you need one, i've created a couple and uploaded
them here:

Both are 480 pixels tall, and 720 or 640 wide respectively.

How about you fade to black and then use the Invert filter? Don't know if this is possible, I am audio guy, but that's what I would try.
