how do you get a frame?

Hello, I have a question. I want to take a frame from one of my videos, so I can have a picture. How would I go about doing that? I don't want to lose any quality either. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

Above the preview window are two icons, copy snapshot to clipboard and save snapshot to file. For best quality set the preview to Best/Full/

And I 'm told you get a better result if you save as PNG rather than as JPEG.
