How do you to get a "frame sequence"?

We're shooting an FX shot for a client's video. The digital matte artist is asking for a "frame sequence" (it's a tracking shot) to work from. I know what a frame sequence is, I simply don't know how to get one out of Vegas. Any explanations would be greatly appreciated.

Tools / Scripting / Render Image Sequence.

Select any section you want and this will render it to a sequential series of .jpg or .png images.
