How do you turn off positioning grid for T & T?

Using V11, build 701. I'm creating titles using Sony Titles & Text. It puts a handy positioning grid on the preview window so I can move the text right there in the preview window. Unfortunately, I can't get it to go away! I click on other events, select different tracks, etc, but the grid remains.

Any ideas on how to get rid of it? The only way I've seen is to close the project and re-open it, and not select any T &T media.

The grid is turned on/off above the preview window. Look for the grid icon.

Hi Tom,

Thanks for the help, but that's not the grid I was talking about. It's a text sizing grid that T & T puts on the preview window. But I just figured it out - you actually have to close the "Video Media Generators" tab for the text grid to go away.

To dismiss the Titles & Text preview overlay, simply close the Titles & Text window.
