I would group the events of which the ending is lined up. That means 9 groups based on your screenshot. Then extend the groups one by one. After extending a group press ctrl-shift-F every time, because I have switched off all auto-ripple and such.

So this way you have to make 9 extensions, and 9 ctrl-shift-F. If that's too much, or the ending of the events don't line up perfectly, as I can see on the screenshot, you will need some scripting, or Vegasaur...

When I try to extend for 60 seconds for example one by one by pressing Ctrl, the effect of the clip remain and the clip move position after 3 - 4 seconds. How can I extend the clip and extend the effects as well.

If you press ctrl while dragging, it will reduce the playback speed. You can extend so only until 1/4 speed is reached. In this case the effects keyframes are moved accordingly to my experience.

No, I want to extend the clip for more seconds and keep the same settings/effects

This is a template i get from a website.

The length of the clip it's too short and would like to extend it, however the clip include some effects as transition and position changes. When i try to extend the clip by pressing CTRL nothing happen and the duration of the effects remain the same around 4 seconds then clip move above with the default settings even the length its 60 seconds.

You never can extend a videoclip that is downloaded because there is no video to lenghten it.
I dont know those clips and if you only want to extend the duration of it while playing a video that it not possible.
It is only possible if you want to slow down videoplayng and extend the lenght of the time it is playing.

If it is not video you downloaded say what it is, stills , texts or something that is also not moving

You mean i can not extend the length of text of background color in sony vegas ?

by right click > Properties > i can find duration but changing it does not do anything and clip remain the same.

Anyway to extend these clips with text, background color and photo and maintain the effects with extended duration as the clip ?

So I made an example for you .The steps I made are
1. select all the "events"( so called things placed on the timeline) you want to extend
2. choose to group them all
3. grab one of the selection and Ctrl-drag them all in once till your desired length.

Yes, tried this but the transition of the clip does not change with the duration i tried to look for keyframes but there only one that moves the Image from center to right and that's it.

I dont know what to do now, i am doing something wrong ?

afa I could see you did not use the Ctrl- button while stretching the files, so the result is an extended file with your settings in Options/Preferences/Editing for repeating the event or repeat only the last frame.
So not like my example and description at point 3.

I did all the same also also in on my temporaly installed very old version 12 as you have, but I got the same result as in my screenvideo.
Sorry again but as you cannot see the difference in result between yours and mine I showed, I cannot help you any futher while I think the program is too difficult for you to edit these kind of things.

That's exactly what i followed.

I select the clips then i create Group and then i drag as in the video with Ctrl pressed.

But the result is the same i can not understand why or if i am missing something.

@zak-b when I run your project, after I create a new group and stretch the time using 'Ctrl' + drag, I get a bunch of white space, which I believe is what you have experienced attempting to get the method that @j-v suggested. I don't know why, yet, but a quick fix I think would be to render out the part you want to stretch in an visually lossless format such as Cineform or DNxHD, bring it back into your project to replace the sectrion you grouped and then use the 'Ctrl' + drag stretch to lengthen the time it plays. Keep in mind this will increase the play time by slow motion.
