Are the events from the same media and are they contiguous? If not, you can't make them one event. If they are, your script can just add the length of the second event to the first (to extend it) and delete the second event.

The only way I could think that a script could do this would be to render that 10 minute section, delete the original video, and then add the newly rendered video to the timeline.

I have 40 fragments(length every fragment about 5 min)
This fragments in uncompressed format. Size all fragments ~ 50 Gb.
If i Render this fragments and load result on timeline....
What time need for this operation? 2-3 hours?

The time depends on if you have any FX applied to these fragments. If they have no FX then Vegas will just copy them out so how long does it take your hard rive to copy a 50 GB file? Should be minutes not hours.
