So i have a question and maybe someone can help me out here!

I brought Sony vegas pro 13 the other day, And its still sitting on the "Processing" part.

It says its paid for on my bank statement and i even have the recipet to proove it as well.

How long does it take to ship out from the States to Australia?  Because i know nothing atm and its worrying me.

I cant contact sony support because it Redirects me to Cleverbridge and they redirect me back to sony.

So what the hell am i ment to do? 

Sometimes i wish i just chose the download option!
