PLeaz Help Me fast....

I dont want make VHS timecode burning of my DV tape ....
I need to send my footage to another person with originale Timecode...
And make a version with timecode burning in video frames
The plugin in the vegas show ONLY the timecode of the timeline not originaly make on the dv tape ... and the option in media bin can show me only the original timecode in clip but not possible to render with video ....
Maybe another software can make me a video cd with timecode on video or in a toolbar ..... ????????
