Hello Alex.

Thank you, that means a lot to us. People don't usually post
messages when they are happy about something.
We really like it when people acknowledge that we are putting a lot
of hard work and effort into our software.

I personally use Vegas at home and think it's pretty awesome too.

:)

Thanks again.

Sincerely,
K.S.

See alex ?
These few glitches have been fixed.
However, a few other glitches have been appearing on the forum but I guess it's gonna be fixed soon...

I'm also new to Vegas. not to SoundForge. A good friend and mentor reccommended Vegas as the defacto Video editing app. I must admit I too have been most pleased with what I been able to acomplish using it. But in using SoundForge for many years I was used to that type of functionality. Kudo's to Sony on this programs ability.

Oh yes!

Been using Vegas for 3 years now. Started with VV3 now using V5. My clients are very pleased with the finished product. When I get busy with 3-d and Chroma keying images against coloured moving images backgorunds their reactions are like kids watching fireworks!

Amazing software! Amazing possibilities!

Best regards,

Grazie

Welcome to the forum, Alex. Which version of Vegas did you get? You mentioned the 1.0b update, which confused me a little.
Gonzoman wrote on 3/20/2005, 9:29 PM
That is an old thread.......

Damn, that's embarassing.....I didn't notice the date... Just was confused over the 1.0b thing. I'm not one to look at dates or times. In fact, except when searching for a particular post, I don't often get past the first 25 posts.
<turning red with embarassment>

FutZ, why on earth did you drag that one out of the basement? :-)
Because it had the word "nice" in it?
FuTz wrote on 3/20/2005, 9:54 PM

LOL !
Nope.
Just tried to bring some kind of humor to the forum somehow... been a little bit, hum, smoky these last days...
Gonzoman wrote on 3/20/2005, 10:04 PM
Hahahaha - priceless!

I got so frustrated with another editing program ( it was so limited ) that I new I needed something better. I purchased Vegas and it set me free to do what seemed impossible before . Now it seems I'm the limitation , so I keep on trying to increase my Knowledge day by day . Always wondering what secret Vegas will reveal next. To make a long story short . ( WOW )
( bouble WOW )

THANK YOU VEGAS
AND THANK YOU FORUM

wakiyan wrote on 3/21/2005, 8:44 AM

On a serious note, Vegas is also the only program I own that also gives me a great sense of community. Thanks to this forum and other forums!

I am looking forward to the day when I can understand 92% of what Vegas does, but they keep updating it so I can never catch up.
