How's my System Config ?

Motherboard: Gigabyte 890GPA-UD3H
Processor: Athlon-II x4Core OC'd to approx 3.6GHz
Sys Memory: 4GB G.Skill Eco Series 2x2GB DDR3 @ 1600c7
CPU Cooler: Zahlman 120mm single vertical stack with push-pull fans.
GPU: TWO Zotac passive cooled (silent) 240GTS 1GB DDR3 OpenGL3.2
(Can I run 3 or 4 monitors, in Vegas Studio 10, with these cards ? )
Boot/Apps Drive: Corsair P128 128GB SSD
Content HDD: Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB/7200RPM (250GB Primary Prtn)
SAMSUNG SATA 22X DVDR (LightScribe)
500Watt PSU.
Working Display: TWO Viewsonic 22 in. 120Hz 1080P HDTVs (I know, right?)
Output Display: 52 inch LG5250 120Hz 1080P LCD/HDTV
Audio Interface: Currently is PreSonus 2 channel "inspire" (FireWire)

Cameras: HV30 and HMC-40 (in cart)

Any thots ?
Audio Control surface under $600 ?
Will Blackmagic Intensity or Shuttle work ?
Will I be able to run 3 or 4 monitors ?

Any other thots?

Vegas has nothing to do with the number of monitors. That's a Windows function. Vegas will happily live in whatever display environment you have set up in Windows. If you have enough video adapters you can run up to 9 monitors.

As far as audio control surface Vegas Pro can use the presonus faderport http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/FaderPort/ not sure it VMS 10 supports it. It is a very cool little control surface

It does support the Shuttle Pro and Express (go with the Pro2) you will never understand how you ever edited without it. http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/ShuttlePro2/

the system sound great.

I use 3 monitors for editing and all is good.
