If they're DirectX plug-ins that are installed on your system, Vegas should recognize them.

This may be obvious, but just incase. When you click on the insert button, you need to then click on the "Third Party" folder to see other Direct X plugins on your system. If they don't appear in that folder, then there might be something wrong with the registration of the plugins. Goto www.analogx.com and download their free DirectX Manager utility. This utility, will allow you to easily remove and register plugins on your system.

The plugins in Cubase might be native to Cubase only, or could be VST. If they are VST, then using a VST-DirectX adapter/wrapper should work.
