I have a video of the Toronto skyline with the CN Tower and a few buildings in the foreground.
Now the scene lasts for about 5-6 seconds as the camera passes the buildings. During this time I would like to "animate" the buildings so it appears as though they are "bouncing" to the soundtrack.
What would be the easiest way to go about animating these frames?
