Vegas Image only works (activates) if you purchased or subscribed to Vegas POST - see Vegas' com parison webpage which shows what comes with the product purchased/subscribed: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.com/us/product-comparison/#productMenu

If you purchased or subscribed to Vegas POST, my understanding is that you must first activate Vegas Pro with your Vegas POST serial number which should then enable Vegas Image and Vegas Effects to open.

Vegas Image and Effects are only available with Vegas POST and cannot be obtained/activated separately.

Vegas POST's serial number should have been given in the email sent to you to confirm your purchase - check your email's SPAM/Junk folder/s to make sure that the email hasn't ended up there.

Otherwise,go to the My Products listing in your MAGIX My Account where you should find the serial number of your Vegas POST purchase.

i´m just at listing magix account and activate with te code several times ( magix page, and always says activated ), any different place to activate vegas pro? thanks

The installer for Vegas POST (which should be available under My Products) includes all of POST's programmes and should look like this:
