How to Add Video clip to the forum

How do you add a video clip to the forum? What are the rules in regards to this.

You can't. There are no file upload or attachment features here.

However, if the clip is Vegas-related (created in Vegas) you can upload it at http://www.vegasusers.com/vidshare/
