How to bring up plug-ins

Hi Everybody, Time to bite the bullet and admit I'm an idiot. I can't believe I've forgotten this!!

I've used the color-corrector plug-in before for a previous video. So I KNOW it's part of my package. But I can't remember how to get to it. I do remember that somehow I brought up a list of plug-ins, and clicked on the one I wanted. So how to get to that list??

Please help.

Sorry, forgot to add I have Vegas Movie Studio 9 Platinum.

It's that "track FX" icon that looks something like a cross: a vertical bar, with a little balloon stuck on each side. Who would have thought that would get me to the plugin chooser window!! Hurray!!
