How to change hair color in a video

How can I change the lady's hair color in a video
from dark to blonde to look like the same lady?
I have Movie Studio 17.0 (build 103)

I see that the next version up for Movie Studio 17 to Platinum has Color Correction. The upgrade is $59 so I will try that.
