How to change thumbnail size

I could not find a way to change the size of a thumbnail for a video or chapter?
Is this feature missing or have I overseen something.
(Only found the setting for a slideshow - small/normal/large thumbnail).

Click on the resize tool (beside the arrow), click on the thumbnail, click and drag any of the resize points.
