How to convert DNxHD MXF to MOV?

I'm so confused with ffmbc. I've downloaded Avid's latest codec, 2.3.7. My Quicktime is current and up to date. I purchased the Black Magic Design Hyperdeck Studio and can't edit footage in Vegas.

Does anyone have a solution? Thanks for your feedback!

If you need more help on this, just ask. But why not output the file as DNxHD in a MOV wrapper to start with? Hyperdeck Studio has that an option that if you download the most recent software from BMD:
