How to copy a Preset VideoFX from another pc? +Q2

Hi,

I was using Vegas 7 for the longest time and I now have vegas 9 installed on another PC. How can I bring all my custom FX preset from one pc to another?

My bonus question2...in Vegas 9 I'm in the trimmer and I pick a clip (audio and video) and when it's added to my timeline it cuts my existing audio track (split cut), in Vegas 7, the audio was just overlayed and I would simply move it to a new audio track, but in Vegas 9 it actually cuts the audio even before I could move it...there must be a setting somewhere to overlay when adding from timeline...

Thanks

BTW: I do have "Automatically overlap multiple selected media when added" turned on, but this only applies if I select a range of pics...

I found my answer to Q2..in the trimmer there's a tiny little button called "Enable timeline overwrite", it should be off. New in V9 as far as I can tell (wasn't in V7)
