How to copy from tape to tape using VF2?

I edited and saved my master work back to my DV camera, but the sections are in the wrong sequence. I intentionally edited and rendered in chunks--like a TV show that's broken up into segments--but now want to resequence them from one tape to another.

But when I use Capture, it breaks each 5 minute segment back into 150 clips and wants to re-render them.

Isn't there a way to copy 5-10 minutes at a time from camera to computer and back to camera, in order to resequence, or to archive, or just to copy a tape for a friend?

In video capture, under Options, Capture, remove the checkmark next
to Enable DV scene detection. You will then capture up to the entire
tape as one clip. Of course, if you're running Windows 98 or ME with
FAT32, the clip will be broken up into 4GB files (approximately 19
minutes each), but you can print these back out seamlessly.
