How to copy text properties in Protype Titler?

In Vegas V13, I'm in the ProType Titler....I add some color, size and highlight on word. I need to create a few more points and was wondering how to copy the text properties while still in the Titler. Is there a way? Or must I create another clip and get messy?

p.s. I want to copy the properties of "Drug Addiction" to "Sexual Abuse"
