How to create an "Audio Rollover" when video clips are highlighted?

Hey all...Can't seem to find this but how can you create an "Audio rollover" when the video clip is selected? Also is there a way to have the text change color as well?

Doesn't anybody put some sort of audio effect why you select the video clip??? Can CDA not do this????
