How to delay the menu buttons?

Hi,
I'm using 5.2 and I have a little 8 second clip as the "Background Media" that plays and loops. While the clip is playing I want to bring in my buttons (play all, scene selection) after 4 seconds and stay on the screen.

Set the Loop Point.

The Loop Point is represented by a vertical green line on your background clip's timeline.

Set it at the point at which you'd like your buttons and navigation to appear.
