How to delete a page?

I know this question may sound dumb but I just in the beginning of learning how to create my first DVD ever using DVD Architect 1.0.

I know how to add pages.

The problem is that I added a page that I don't need and I want to delete it.
I looked at the manual but couldn't find a reference on how to delete pages.
I looked at the online help and there I read:

================== START QUOTE =======================
Delete a page

1. Navigate to the page you want to delete:

* Click the down arrow in the address bar to select a page.
β€”orβ€”
* Click the Up , Back , and Forward buttons to navigate your menus and pages.

2. From the Edit menu, choose Delete Page. DVD Architect removes the page from your project.
================== END QUOTE =======================

Now... I can perform step 1 without any problem. But I cannot performe step 2 because... the "Delete Page" menu item on the Edit menu is DISABLED (greyed out).

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks,
Lynn

Just did some experimenting, and the only time Delete Page is grayed out for me is if the page I'm on is the only menu page in the project. I assume you're not trying to delete the only menu page in a project? :)

How many pages are there? What's on the page you're trying to delete?

I have a single main page and under it there is a "sub-page" named "New Menu". This sub-page is the page I am trying to delete.

Whoops. Just re-read your note -- didn't notice before that you're using version 1 (I've been using 2.0). I fired up version 1 and get the same results as you.

But I assume that your main menu has a button for the New Menu? If you delete the button, the New Menu page will be deleted as well. I'm not sure why the Delete Page option isn't working.
