How to delete customised Effect?

I have customised a couple of effects - mainly text/titles - and want to delete them. How do I do this, please?

Open up the effect/title/whatever. In it's window near the top you'll see the name you've given it followed by the floppy-disk button you clicked to save it. Right after that is an X. Click that X to delete it.
