How to delete just 1 frame

I came across 1 black frame in my footage. How do I delete just that one frame? And how do I split a clip?

To split hit "S". You can then trim the one frame. Personally I'd tend to unlock the audio, split just the video, remove the frame and duplicate the previous / next frame to avoid messing up the audio.

It's quite likely though that your black frame isn't really there.
Is this HDV footage?

Yes, HDV in AVCHD format.

You right it's not there but in the playback it's there and I was about to render when I spotted it and wasn't going to take a chance on a 6 hour render. I suppose I could've just rendered just that section to find out but I needed to know how to remove a single frame just in case.
