X closes the plug in chooser.

You can uninstall various Fx if you don't need them.

I'd like to delete the featured presets in blue color, but, delete straight from Windows, in some folder

I wanted to delete it straight from some folder of Windows itself because these presets show up even in other vegas but it doesn't work
