You can reduce its size relative to how much of the frame it fills up by using the track motion controls at the extreme left (header) section of any video track.

You mean I must add a new track to do this.
When there are more than two event in the track.

How to disable one of events enlarge in Vegas5?

You can either use Track Motion and set aside an entire track for that image OR use keyframes to specify this change in Track Motion only applies to the area where the picture is located.

Alternately, you can also resize it using Pan/Crop.

I seem to recall there being an event-level switch in older versions of Vegas named "stretch image to fill frame" or something like this. Turning this switch off would leave the image at the original size. I can't seem to find it in Vegas 5.

However, if you open up Pan/Crop of the image and set the width & height to 654x480 (or whatever your project size is taking into account PAR) it will accomplish the same thing. You can then move the image around in the frame to position it wherever you wish.

I take my small picture & place it in (the corret place i want it) a 654x480 image. I'm assuming you're making a logo or something, correct?

Use Photoshop to create a 654x480 image,(clear), bring in your 32x32 image, place where ever you want it. Export image as a PNG(with trans) file. Import PNG file into VEGAS.
