How to disable media hover scrub in V17?

How can i disable the media hover scrub? so it will be just like in previous versions?

Also, it seems there is a bug in the trimmer window... i cannot resize the audio timeline in the trimmer window....... Someone alse seen this?

Not possible yet AFAIK.

Audio timeline issue is known bug. Likely fixed next build.
