@marcinzm, this tutorial may lead you in the right direction. I shows how to ADD an effect to a track so you can go through the effects that are already on the track in a similar manner.

To see if a track is a video track, look at track.isVideo();

There's lots of tutorials there that might help.

track.Effects.Clear()

It is not the solution for disabling Effects, but I think it is the only solution to make the FX not running.

@marcinzm Actually, go through the "track.Effects" list and you can then enable or disable them. Use this to "bypass" the effects:

            foreach (Track myTrack in myVegas.Project.Tracks)
            {
                if (myTrack.IsVideo())
                {
                    VideoTrack vTrack = (VideoTrack)myTrack;
                    foreach(Effect myEffect in vTrack.Effects)
                    {
                        myEffect.Bypass = true;
                    }
                }
            }

Then use myEffect.Bypass = false; to turn them back on.
