How to display on an external monitor

Hello,

I bought a new video card Matrox Millenium P 750 which allows to have two monitors and have a TV out. But I don't succeed to send the pictures of the vegas timeline to the TV.
Is it possible to do so or Vegas does not allow that kind of system.
What is the best set up to work with this card and to have all its possibilities working: two monitors and a TV output.
Any help appriciated. I really don't know what to do.

What you want to do simply isn't possible with Vegas. Vegas will only output video via Firewire, so you will need an external DV converter like the Canopus ADVC-100.

What a pity. I was so excited with my new video card!
Nevermind, I'll try to get that converter.

Thank you

John,
I believe currently they are working on a plug-in to solve this prob, dont waste any cash on something you may not need soon.

Also, try using p750 zoom facility to grab video preview window on primary monitor for tv output. This is what I'm doing until I get plugin and it is ok for now
