How to edit 360 video to flat?

My source is an equirectangular 360 video, exported from Insta Studio app.
How can i rotate it in every direction like with Studio app?

I know the little planet fx, which is great, and also the scene rotation fx, which is not exactly what i want.
I mean it looks good when i activate 360 mode in preview window, but that's not how the final render will look.

I want to export to a fhd regular video, not 360 one and that will be what i see when i dont activate 360 preview mode.

Hope someone can understand my question :)

Put scene rotation FX first, then Little Planet FX. However, put these FX BEFORE Pan & Crop Chain

By putting those OFXs before Pan & Crop chain, you are maintaining the resolution before being downsized with Pan & Crop Chain.

Scene Rotation OFX is optional, but can be good for a separate control or just to reposition as Little Planet's rotation is a bit 'limited range'.

Yes, i use that filters, thank you.
It would be better to set views with the mouse on preview window and not with adjusting a few sliders on fx panel.

Also, it is possible to set keyframes default type to smooth? I have to change all from linear.
