How to enable Quicktime for transparent videos on Movie Studio Plat 16

Main question is: How do I enable quicktime as a render option in Movie Studio Platinum 16? More details on my situation below.

So in the past I've used Movie Studio Platinum 15 to successfully make a video with a transparent background. I had quicktime as a render option so that's how I was able to do it. It's been a while since I've edited and now I'm on Movie Studio Plat 16. I've redownloaded quicktime and no matter what tutorials I look up online none show me how to enable it so I can render mov files.

Every answer I get is for Sony Vegas Pro which I don't have. What is driving me crazy is I've done this before in the past on Plat 15, I know I have. However, now when I try to do it on Movie studio plat 16 it will not work.

Also to note, I'm rocking an old and testy laptop from 2015. Whenever I tried using Plat 15 it would crash. Will only open Plat 16. So unfortunately I cannot just go back to 15 and see if it works there.

QT decoding and encoding is no problem on my VMS Platinum 16 (It is on 17 as it got broken with one of the last builds). It shouldn't need anything done to activate it.

Which version of QT do you have and from where did you download it?

Mine is Quicktime 7 and in my Program folders looks like this.
