hello, I have a Vegas pro 17 and I would like to export something as audio. However, when I use the following steps:
File > Render as > MP3 Audio
I choose any of the templates but all of the rendered audio is just 5 seconds and there's no sound(the audio is supposedly to be above one min). Can anyone help me or something? I can attach the vegas project if needed.

For some reason neither of my PCs sees images from imgur.
To put an image file in a comment, click the blue arrow upload icon on the comment header, select the file and confirm.

Which build of VP 17 do you use?
Possibly you have "render selection only" because you have a selection of the timeline that is not audio.
Yes, check your 'Render Options' and confirm "Render loop region only" is not selected.

Render location is my downloads folder. Build 284

Went to check, those are disabled for me, can't change it for some reasons.
