A couple of ways:
-- If it is truly the end of an event (that has not been trimmed), right-click and turn off looping. Then pull the event edge out as far as you wish.

-- If it is at the end of a trimmed event, take a full resolution snapshot using the icon, and paste the still onto the end of the event, for whatever duration you choose.

As Musicvid mentioned the looping trick is the easiest way to do this if the frame you want is at the end of the clip.
