I just sold my Vegas Pro 8 I need to tell them I would like to transfer license and reset activation count.

CPU:  i9 Core Ultra 285K OCed @5.6Ghz  
MBO: MSI Z890 MEG ACE Gaming Wifi 7 10G Super Lan, thunderbolt 4
RAM: 48GB RGB DDR5 8200mhz
GPU: NVidia RTX 5080 16GB Triple fan OCed 3100mhz, Bandwidth 1152 GB/s     
NVMe: 2TB T705 Gen5 OS, 4TB Gen4 storage

Just send Customer Service the serial number and contact information for the new owner.

That's Customer Service, not Tech Support.

I've sold previous versions of Vegas and had no trouble transferring the license. I don't believe that they will be eligible for upgrade pricing on future versions though.

I listed the for sale here and I clearly state that it is not upgradeable as I have already used the upgrade. I think the buyer understand and bought it. Only $35 bucks still is good deal and good solid program.
