How to get markers to move with the editing

Hi.

I'm working with audio books and we use Sony Vegas 7.0. When I use the AUTO RIPPLE when editing, the markers stay in their "old" place. I want the markers to move along with the edited audio.
Any ideas?

The way it works in Vegas 8:
Click the little down arrow next to the Auto-Ripple button. Pick which things you want to move with the ripple.

A little off-topic but.. generally SF would be more efficient for that kind of work.
